Children are the harmless creature of God, requires support of their elders. When they don't get support, they spend their lives with anxiety about physical, emotional and sex abuse. Olusanya (2005) identifies street kids as: " the universal term used to refer to kids who utilize the street for their daily survival. ” Road children are one of globally miserable human who have get bumpy economic and social support along with starvation of basic necessities. Children are like developing flowers that needs to be poured with right to healthy life, education and respect; but legal rights of avenue children are neglected. With raising world inhabitants, numbers of street children are elevating. According to SPARC publication 2006, 1 . 2 , 000, 000 children are reported as road children in Pakistan out of which 25, 000 happen to be in Karachi (Gulrez, 2006, p. 205). Three days and nights back when I had been crossing a restaurant, I could see a crowd standing in the middle of the street. Very curiously I proceeded to go towards the crowd and saw 3 young dead bodies that were awfully beaten and were nude. Somewhere inside the crowd, We heard why these were the street children who had been kidnapped a week before. These were physically hurt, tore off, organs taken and added too middle of road. My spouse and i kept thinking rest of the day time that it is bad thing to become street child there is no person to take care of all of them and their rights. Street youngsters are product of poverty, increasing population, violated human legal rights, child labor and low quality education. Researches have shown that 80% of youngsters are on avenue due to poverty and twenty percent are as a result of socio-economic and psychological reasons. (Rana, & Chaudhry, 2011).
